Operation Of A Sewage Plant – Contracting Of Exploitation Services, Sludge Removal And Conservation And Maintenance Of The Villalonquejar Wwtp, For The Sociedad Municipal Aguas De Burgos S.A., Through An Open Procedure Subject To Harmonized Regulation.. The Purpose Of The Contract Is The Provision Of The Exploitation, Conservation, Maintenance And Repair Services Of The Villalonquejar Wastewater Treatment Plant, The Removal And Management Of The Sludge Produced At The Facility. The Awardee Will, Therefore, Be Solely Responsible For The Purification Processes Of The Wwtp Under Its Responsibility And For Compliance With The Conditions Required In The Discharge Authorization, As Well As For Compliance With The Applicable Legislation Regarding The Application Of Sludge From The Purification Of Urban Wastewater In Agriculture. The Concepts Of Major Repairs And Investment Of Initial Adaptation Are Included In The Contract, As A Differentiated Provision, Because, Even Though They Are Maintenance Services, They Can Be Considered An Investment, And, Therefore, Require Independent Accounting And A Vat Percentage, To Be Applied Differently To The Rest Of The Service Provision Contract.
