The Assignment Concerns The Dismantling And Selective Demolition Of A Site Located At Westpoeselstraat 1A, 8647 Lo-Reninge. This Assignment Is Part Of The Project “Resilient Westhoek In Reality”, Which Is Co-Financed By The European Union Through The European Regional Development Fund (Erdf) And By Flanders Through The Fund For Innovation And Entrepreneurship (Fio). This Plot Is Located In A Fluvial Flood Area And The Building Cannot Be Protected Against Frequent Flooding. With This File, The Plot Will Be Redesigned To Provide A Water Buffer (Action A17). The Works Include: The Complete Clearance Of The Site; The Demolition Of The House, Shed, Outbuildings And All Appurtenances; Removing Pavements, Infrastructures And Underground Structures; The Selective Collection And Processing Of All Waste Flows, Including Asbestos, In Accordance With The Applicable Regulations, The Demolition Monitoring Plan And The Safety And Health Plan; Filling Up To Ground Level And Sowing. The Site Visit Allows The Potential Tenderer To View The Actual Condition Of The Buildings, To Accurately Analyze The Difficulty Of The Work And To Make Additional Observations And Tests.
