Tenders are invited for Developing a Section of the Access Road to Aluthwela Thibbattuwewa Temple (Buttala) (30 Days) Bid Security Amount (Rs.) / Validity Period:37,000.00 (Should be valid up to 21.12.2026) Non-refundable Fee (Rs.): 3,000.00 A pre-bid meeting will be held at 10.30 a.m. on 28.09.2026 at the Auditorium located on the first floor of the District Secretariat. A bid guarantee issued by a commercial bank registered with the Central Bank of Sri Lanka, drawn in favor of "District Secretary, District Secretariat, Moneragala," must be submitted along with the bid document as specified in the sub-schedule. The relevant amount should also be deposited to the District Secretary Moneragala. Contractor will be selected under National Competitive Bidding method. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened immediately after the close of bidding at 2.30 p.m. on 05 October 2026. Bidders or their authorized representatives are permitted to be present at the opening. All pages of the bid documents should be signed by the bidder and placed the official seal. Bid documents will not be issued to blacklisted bidders.
