The Subject Of The Order Is The Granting And Servicing Of A Long-Term Loan In The Amount Of Pln 6,000,000.00 To Finance The Planned Budget Deficit Of Starachowice County And To Repay Previously Incurred Liabilities, In Accordance With Resolution No. Xxx/214/2026 Of The Starachowice County Council Of August 27, 2026 On Taking Out A Long-Term Loan To Finance The Planned Budget Deficit And Repayment Of Previously Incurred Liabilities Arising From The Issue Of Securities And Loans Taken Out. 1. Loan Amount: Pln 6,000,000.00 (In Words: Six Million 00/100). 2. Loan Currency: Polish Zloty (Pln). 3. Order Completion Date: From The Date Of Signing The Contract To December 31, 2031. 4. The Loan Should Be Made Available To The Ordering Party In The Period From The Date Of Signing The Contract, No Later Than December 30, 2026. 5. Repayment Of The Loan Installments Is Planned For A Period Of 36 Months (I.E. From January 1, 2029 To December 31, 2031) In Monthly Installments. 6. Payment Of The First Capital Installment By January 31, 2029. 7. Grace Period For Capital Repayment Until December 31, 2028. 8. Grace Period For Interest Repayment - None 9. The Loan May Be Paid In Tranches In Accordance With The Instructions Submitted By The Ordering Party. 10. The Ordering Party Assumes That Individual Tranches Of The Loan Will Be Transferred To The Account Indicated By The Ordering Party. The Loan Will Be Disbursed On The Basis Of A Written Instruction Sent Electronically In The Amounts And Dates Indicated In The Instruction, Two Business Days Before The Planned Receipt Of Funds From The Loan. 11. The Loan Will Be Disbursed Without Any Commission Or Fees. 12. Interest On The Loan Will Be Calculated On The Actual Debt And From The Date Of Transfer Of Funds To The Account Indicated By The Ordering Party. 13. When Calculating Interest, The Actual Number Of Days Of Loan Use Is Taken Into Account. 14. The Contractors Remuneration Will Be Only Interest On The Loan. 15. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow Fees And Commissions For Other Reasons. 16. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Use The Loan In A Lower Amount, Without Any Additional Costs For The Ordering Party. The Above Circumstance Will Not Result In The Termination Of The Loan Agreement And Will Not Result In Any Other Claims Against The Ordering Party.
