The Subject Of The Order Is A Supply In The Form Of Operational Leasing With The Option Of Purchasing A Brand New Vehicle (Garbage Truck) For The Collection Of Municipal Waste With A Two-Chamber Structure. 2. The Operating Leasing Contract May Be Concluded On The Standard Form Of The Contract Used By The Contractor, Subject To The Following Provisions Included In The Content Of The Contract Or Attached In The Form Of An Annex To The Contract: A) Leasing Period Of 5 Years - 60 Equal Leasing Installments, Counting From The Date Of Transfer To The Ordering Party Vehicle For Use, B) Initial Fee - 40% Of The Gross Value Of The Vehicle; C) Option To Purchase The Vehicle For 10% Of The Initial Gross Value Of The Vehicle, Provided That All Receivables Under The Leasing Agreement Are Repaid; D) Leasing Installments With A Fixed Interest Rate During The Term Of The Leasing Contract, Payable Once A Month Based On Issued Invoices;
