The Subject Of The Contract Is The Delivery Of New, Unused Pocket Filters, Compact Filters And Hepa Filters For Ventilation Systems. - The Bidder Only Offers The Filters Listed In Price Sheet 3-1 Gbe-2026-0004. - The Specified Quantity Structures Are Based On Historical Consumption Data And Only Serve As A Basis For Calculation. - No Obligation On The Part Of The Client To Purchase The Quantities Mentioned. - The Actual Requirement May Be Higher Or Lower Depending On The Filter Position. - The Contractor Agrees To The Service Up To A Maximum Of 2.5 Times The Respective Services And Guarantees That Appropriate Capacities Are Available For Delivery. - The Client Is Entitled To Request Services From Third Parties. - The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver All Quantities Called Up By The Client On Time And Free Of Defects.
