Refuse And Waste Related Services – Management Of Municipal Waste Originating From The Środa Wielkopolska Commune, Procedure No. Iiz.271.23.2026. The Subject Of The Order Is The Management Of Municipal Waste From The Środa Wielkopolska Commune. The Comprehensive Service Of Managing Municipal Waste From The Środa Wielkopolska Commune Consists Of: 1) Accepting Municipal Waste, Specified By Type, At The Municipal Waste Reception Site Indicated And Provided By The Contractor, 2) Collecting/Storing Municipal Waste, Including At The Place Of Municipal Waste Acceptance, After Its Acceptance And Before Processing, 3) Processing The Accepted Municipal Waste In Recovery Processes (R) And/Or Disposal (D), In The Municipal Waste Management Site Indicated And Provided By The Contractor, 4) Fulfillment Of Reporting And Information Obligations, 5) Fulfillment Of Obligations Guaranteeing The Ordering Party The Possibility Of Exercising Control And Verification Rights. Municipal Waste Should Be Understood As Waste Defined In The Act Of December 14, 2012 On Waste (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1587, As Amended, Hereinafter Referred To As U.O.) And The Act Of September 13, 1996 On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Municipalities (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 733, As Amended, Hereinafter Referred To As U.C.P.G), As Well As Construction And Demolition Waste Covered By The Subject Of The Order. The Scope Of The Order Includes Both Waste Collected Directly From Owners Of Real Estate Located In The Środa Wielkopolska Commune, As Well As Waste Collected At The Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point.
