The Municipality Of Türkenfeld Is Planning To Upgrade Existing Municipal Buildings For Energy Efficiency As Part Of An Erdf Measure And Is Planning A New Heating Supply For Existing Buildings. For Funding Reasons, The Erdf Measure Must Be Completed By December 31, 2027 At The Latest. In Addition To The Erdf, Additional Beg-Em Funding Is Planned. The Existing Buildings Affected Are The Türkenfelder Castle, Which Is Currently Used As The Town Hall Of The Municipality Of Türkenfeld, The Existing Fire Station And Parts Of The Linsemann Building. The New Construction Of A Fire Department Building, Which Was Previously Planned In Parallel, Has Been Postponed In Its Further Planning And Implementation And Is No Longer Part Of The Overall Project. Each Of The Three Buildings Has Its Own Heat Pump. The Existing Local Heating Pipe Is To Be Shut Down But Retained As A Reserve. In The Future, Hot Water Supply In All Three Buildings Will Be Decentralized Using Instantaneous Water Heaters. The Measure Only Includes The Hot Water Connection Revision For A Decentralized Solution. In Addition To Mapped Archaeological Monuments In The Immediate Vicinity, The Former Castle Is Declared An Architectural Monument. For The Implementation, The Services Of The Technical Equipment In Accordance With §53Ff Hoai Are Required In Service Phases 3, 5 -9 When Commissioned In Stages. As Part Of An Initial Draft Planning, A Cost Calculation Was Drawn Up, Which Needs To Be Optimized Or Recreated In Terms Of Requirements And Savings. The Actual Cost Framework Is Assumed To Be Around Eur 260,000 Gross (Kg410, 420, 480). Planning Begins Immediately After The Commissioning, Since The Implementation Of The Erdf Measure, As Described Above, Is Time-Limited And Therefore Urgent.
