Construction Work – Contract For Works Concerning An Expansion Of The House Of Cultures And Social Cohesion, Located Piersstraat 93-95-97 In 1080 Sint-Jans-Molenbeek, The Design And Growing Of The Courtyard Of The Block In The Context Of Operation 1.1 Of The Sustainable District Contract “Black Ponds”.. This Assignment Concerns The Realization Of An Extension Of The House Of Cultures And Social Cohesion (Hcss), Which Will Accommodate Various Social, Cultural And Sporting Functions. The Contract Includes: • The Demolition Of The Three Houses On The Street Side And Their Outbuildings, And The Partial Demolition Of The Former Mechanical Workshops Of The Athénée Serge Creuz; • The Construction Of A New Building On The Street Side With A Passage For Carriages, The Construction Of An Intermediate Building For Traffic And The Renovation Of Some Of The Existing Workshops; • The Construction Of A New Courtyard Planted With Greenery On The Site Of Part Of The Demolished Workshops, With A Passage For Emergency Services; • The Partial Redesign And Planting Of The Existing Courtyard.
