In This Situation, An Annex Is Not Required. The Ordering Party Guarantees The Contractor A Minimum Of 50% Of The Estimated Total Amounts Of Waste To Be Collected During The Duration Of The Contract (50% Of 8,100 Mg = 4,050 Mg). 6.
