The Purpose Of This Contract Is To Create A Training Course Dedicated To The Issue Of “Customer Culture”, The Objectives Of Which Are To: - Support Teams With The Challenges Of Customer Culture In Ile De France Operational Management Or In Support Functions - Maintain The Challenges Of Customer Culture In Operational Management The Incumbent Will Be Responsible For Supporting The Contracting Authority In The Design Of Training, The Design Of A Teaser, The Organization Of Training Sessions, Providing Advice And Formulating Support Proposals (Graphic Design/Content...). The Proposed Offer Must Be Scalable In Order To Adapt To Changes In Scope, Recipient Targets, Distribution Media And Content.
