Construction Work – Reconstruction Of A Multi-Purpose Sports Hall In Dubnice Nad Váhom. The Subject Of The Contract Includes The Reconstruction Of The Existing Sports Hall, Including Related Demolition Work, Construction Modifications And Modernization Of The Buildings Technical Equipment. Part Of The Implementation Is Mainly The Reconstruction Of The Outer Shell And Roof Structure Of The Building, Modification Of The Interior Spaces, Including Changing Rooms, Sanitary Facilities And Stands, The Implementation Of A New Sports Floor, As Well As The Reconstruction And Addition Of The Technical Distribution Of The Building. The Subject Of The Contract Also Includes The Implementation Of A New Heat Source Using A Heat Pump System, Including The Construction Of Drilled Wells, Area Distribution Of Well Water And Related Technological Equipment. The Scope And Technical Solution Of The Building Are Defined In Detail In The Project Documentation Prepared By Hajpo, S.R.O. And Ing. Arch. Vlasta Illievová-Santa, And Forms Part Of The Tender Documents And According To Which The Implementation Will Be Carried Out. The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure The Implementation Of The Work In Accordance With The Project Documentation, Valid Technical Standards And Legal Regulations, Including Ensuring The Laying Out Of Utility Networks, Carrying Out The Necessary Tests And Revisions, Proper Disposal Of Waste And Handing Over The Functional And Operable Work To The Customer. The Contractor Is Assigned The Obligation To Ensure The Implementation Of All Activities, Works And Measures Resulting From The Conditions Specified In The Building Permit And From The Binding Opinions Of The Authorities Concerned, By Which The Customer Is Bound As A Builder.
