For This Objective, The Municipality Of Iasi Holds The Documentation Related To Building Authorization No. 581/26.11.2025, Dtac And The Technical Project (Pth). The Works Provided For In The Technical Project Will Be Carried Out, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Project Specifications, With Plans And Execution Details. The Following Works Of A General Nature Are Proposed: • Development Of The Land By Removing The Remains Of Concrete And Reinforced Concrete From The Site, If Necessary; • Construction Of Pedestrian Alleys; • Setting Up Playgrounds With Age-Specific Urban Furniture; • Arrangement Of Grassy Green Areas And Planting Of Shrubs With Aesthetic Value; • Completing The Existing Vegetation With Tree Species And Decorative Shrubs In Order To Protect/Restore Biodiversity; • Grooming The Existing Vegetation; • Equipping With Adequate, Anti-Vandal Street Furniture; • Realization Of Sub-Areas With The Role Of Socialization/Rest/Contemplation Equipped With Various Furniture Pergolas, Benches, Chess Tables, Etc.); • Providing Urban Furniture In Accordance With The Urban-Architectural Image (Benches, Trash Cans, Pergola-Type Covered Spaces, Display And Information Panels); • Realization Of The Irrigation System Necessary To Cover The Entire Green Surface, In Accordance With The Specifics Of The Dendrological Material (Sprinkler, Drip, Etc.). The Irrigation System Will Be Connected To The Existing Water-Channel Network Of The Municipality Of Iași.
