Cases – 2026 Cable Basket Tender Elia_Tennet. Elia Asset And Tennet Tso B.V., The Transmission System Operators For Belgium And The Netherlands Respectively, Are Seeking A Supplier Capable Of Designing, Manufacturing, And Delivering Static Offshore Cable Baskets. The Baskets Will Be Stored Onshore And Used For The Storage Of Offshore Cables. This Is A Joint Tender Procedure Conducted By Elia And Tennet, Under Which The Successful Bidder Will Be Awarded Two Separate Contracts: One With Elia And One With Tennet. The Procurement Procedure Is Governed By Belgian Law And Is Managed By Elia. However, The Contracts Resulting From This Tender Will Be Governed By The Laws Of The Respective Country Of The Contracting Entity.
