The Awarding Procedure Is Initiated Under A Suspensive Clause, The Conclusion Of The Contract Being Conditional On The Securing Of The Funding Source And The Signing Of The Funding Contract Within The South-Muntenia Energy Efficiency For Public Buildings Investment Programme, From Non-Reimbursable Funds, State Budget And Local Budget, Under The Conditions Stipulated In The Specifications.
