Rfp T10002 Road And Valley Trail Reconstruction Program 2027-2029 Design, Tender, Ca And Construction Services . The Resort Municipality Of Whistler (Rmow) Is Inviting Qualified Engineering Consultants (Proponents) To Submit A Proposal For The Design, Tendering, Contract Administration And Construction Services To Support The Rmow’S 2027 To 2029 Road Rehabilitation Program. The Successful Proponent Will Enter Into An Initial One-Year Agreement For The 2027 Program. Subject To Satisfactory Performance, At The Discretion Of The Rmow The Agreement May Be Extended For Up To Two Additional One-Year Terms To Complete The 2028 And 2029 Programs. The Rmow Has Identified The Following As The Scope Of Work For This Project: • Provide All Engineering, Design, Tendering, Contract Administration, And Construction Support Services Required To Deliver The Rmows Three-Year (2027–2029) Road Rehabilitation Program. • Review The Available Background Information, Including The 2025 Pavement Management Plan, Pavement Condition Data, And Other Data Provided By The Rmow. • Validate The Rehabilitation Projects And Treatment Strategies Identified In The 2025 Pavement Management Plan Through Investigations And Assessment. • Prepare A Road And Valley Trail Rehabilitation Recommendation Report That Includes Rehabilitation Limits, Treatment Recommendations, Quantities, And Cost Estimates For The Proposed Rehabilitation Works • Provide Recommendations To Improve Program Delivery, Maximize Cost Efficiency, Minimize Impacts To Residents And Interested Parties, And Optimize Construction Staging And Scheduling.
