Pękosławice, In The Period From January 1, 2027 To December 31, 2028, Subject To The Following Sentence. If It Is Not Possible To Conclude A Public Procurement Contract By January 1, 2027, In Particular Due To The Prolonged Public Procurement Procedure, The Provision Of Municipal Waste Collection And Management Services Will Start On The First Day On Which It Will Be Possible To Conclude A Public Procurement Contract, In Accordance With Art. 264 Section 1 And Section 2 Pzp, Taking Into Account Art. 577 Pzp. 2.
