Technical Computer Support Services – Maintenance Services For The Dynamicpositioning Simulator – K-Sim Offshore Dp Class A Ceronav Constanța. The Contracting Authority Will Conclude A Contract For A Period Of 12 Calendar Months With A Single Economic Operator, Following The Application Of The Simplified Procedure, For The Provision Of Simulator Maintenance Services, As Follows:  Maintenance Of Existing Simulator Software – Software Reactivation, Software Repair, Ensuring The Replacement Of Conventional Hardware, By Reinstalling The Software; In The Event That The Conventional Hardware (The Standard Computers Included In The Simulator) Breaks Down, Or Must Be Replaced Due To Physical Or Moral Wear And Tear, The Contractor Will Undertake To Ensure The Reinstallation Of The Software On These Equipments (Procured By The Contracting Authority/Entity), So That The Simulator As A Whole Maintains Its Functionality;  Maintenance Of Existing Simulator-Specific Hardware – Periodic Check And Repair/Replacement, Cleaning; In The Event That The Specific Hardware (Proprietary Hardware Modules Or Equipment, Dedicated To The Specific Operation Of The Simulator And Which Are Part Of The Simulator) Breaks Down, The Contractor Will Undertake To Ensure Its Repair Or Replacement (The Costs Of These Operations Being Borne By The Contracting Authority/Entity, Not Being Part Of The Contract), Reinstalling The Equipment So That The Simulator As A Whole Retains Its Functionality;  Existing Simulator Technical Support - Provision Of All Available Software Changes And Remediation In The Performance Of The Contract, The Contractor Will Carry Out The Maintenance - Taking Into Account The Latest Version Sold By The Manufacturer, Where Applicable, Being Accompanied By The Manufacturers Licenses; - Any Subsequent Version Must Take Into Account The Existing Hardware Configuration; - If The Subsequent Version Requires Changes To The Standard Hardware Or Software, The Contractor Will Communicate This Aspect To The Contracting Authority/Entity, In Order To Prevent A State Of Non-Functionality And For The Purchaser To Make An Appropriate Decision;  If Necessary, The Contractor Will Perform The Installation And Configuration Of The Licenses At The Purchaser, As An Extension Of The Existing System;  The Contractor Will Provide The Documentation For Use, Operation And Administration In Romanian Or English, The Technical Description Of The Database Structures, Of The Relationships Between The Modules And Procedures, Etc.;  The Contractor Will Provide, At The Request Of The Purchaser, Technical Assistance For The Installation And Configuration Of The Licenses Delivered To His Premises;  The Contractor Will Provide Technical Assistance For Software, Hardware And Online Operation At Se
