Software Package And Information Systems – Ms Enterprise Agreement (Extension Of Subscription To Standard Services And Standard Software Along With Extension Of Their Functions). 1. The Subject Of The Order Is A Subscription To Packages Of Communication Services, Security, Client Software And Server Operating Systems, Standard Packages Of Platform Services And The Provision Of Software Assurance Services For Microsoft Software Licenses (Hereinafter Collectively Referred To As Products) As Part Of The Extension Of The Enterprise Agreement Along With The Extension Of Their Functions And Additional Support From The Contractor. 2. The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Exercising The Option To Extend The Number Of Subscriptions. Under The Option Right, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Order The Delivery Of Additional Subscriptions, Indicated In Opz Table No. 2 As The Option Right (Maximum 200). 3. Order Completion Date: The Contractor Undertakes To Provide Subscriptions To Software Packages And Provide Additional Hourly Support, In Accordance With The Opz And The Offer, For A Period Of 36 Months From January 1, 2027, Or From The Date Of Signing The Acceptance Protocol Referred To In Section 3 Of The Agreement, If The Agreement Is Signed Later. The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With Subscriptions, Activation Keys (If Required) And All Documents Necessary To Use The Subscription Within 5 Business Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract. 4. The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Specified In The Specific Description Of The Subject Of The Contract - (Opz) Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz.
