The Subject Of The Order Are Construction And Assembly Works And Supplies Enabling The Change Of Use Of A Closed Technical Room In The Building Of Primary School No. 2 At Lipowa Street In Środa Wielkopolska Into A Civil Defense Warehouse. The Room Intended For Adaptation Is Located Partly In The Basement Of The Existing Primary School Building, Has Direct Access From The School Premises And Is Equipped With Electrical, Water And Sewage Installations. The Subject Of The Order Includes Demolition And Disassembly Of The Old Steel Mezzanine, Demolition Of The Staircase, Remains Of Reinforced Concrete Foundations And Ventilation And Exhaust Systems, Renovation And Finishing Works In Existing Rooms, Such As Construction Of A New Tight Concrete Floor Inside The Rooms, Installation Of A New Mezzanine With Steel Stairs, Widening Of Door And Window Openings, Replacement Of Door And Window Joinery And Spot Replacement Of Insulation. Thermal Insulation On The Façade. As Part Of The External Works, The Sidewalk Will Also Be Rebuilt. The Planned Construction Works Are Aimed At Arranging The Warehouse And Separating An Autonomous Storage Space. As Part Of The Order, The Room Must Also Be Delivered And Equipped With Storage Equipment Such As Shelves And Cabinets Related To Civil Protection. The Contractor Should Also Deliver And Install A Generator With Control And A Roof To Protect The Room Against Loss Of Electricity Supply To The Warehouse. As Part Of The Investment, It Is Planned To Rebuild The Energy, Water, Sewage And Ventilation Installations. After Completion Of Construction Works, The Designed Rooms Will Not Be Rooms Intended For Permanent Stay Of People.
