The Subject Of The Order Will Be Implemented In The Design And Builder Form And Will Include:  Development Of Complete Construction Documentation In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Applicable Regulations, Standards And Rules Technical Knowledge, Obtaining All Necessary Arrangements, Permits And Decisions Required By Applicable Law Enabling The Full Scope Of The Investment, Including Submitting An Application On Behalf Of The Ordering Party To Notify Works Or A Building Permit (If Required), Obtaining The Necessary Decision Approvals, Including The Development Of Time Documentation For Traffic Organization And Possible Detours Preparation Of The Construction Site: Marking The Work Area, Installing Warning And Information Boards, Designating A Place For Storing Materials, Verifying Existing Uninvented Networks Development Of The Area,  Execution Of Construction Works In Accordance With The Design Documentation Prepared By The Contractor, Approved By The Ordering Party,  Carrying Out Authors Supervision Over The Implementation Of Construction Works In Accordance With The Developed Design Documentation,  Carrying Out As-Built Measurements; Settlements. 1) Payment For The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order Will Be Made As A One-Time Payment, After Completing The Entire Scope Of The Subject Of The Order, Covered By The Design And Build Formula. 2) The Basis For Payment Will Be The Acceptance Report Of Design And Construction Works, With The I Accept Clause. 3) Detailed Settlement Rules Are Described In The Draft Contract.6.Warrantythe Contractor Will Provide A Warranty For The Completed Subject Of The Order, Including Built-In Materials And Devices, For A Minimum Period Of 36 Months. The Contractor May Propose Extending The Warranty Period For The Completed Subject Matter Of The Order To 60 Months.
