The Subject Of The Order Is The Comprehensive Execution Of Construction Works Consisting In The Demolition (Disassembly), Construction (Assembly) Of Small Architecture Objects In Public Places And Renovation Of Safe Surfaces As Part Of The Task Entitled: Replacement Of Play Equipment And Surfaces On The Playground At The Municipal Kindergarten No. 3 Zaczarowany Ogród In Polkowice At Ul. Skrzetuskiego 37 On Plot No. 64, District 0001 Polkowice, Registration Unit 021604_4 Polkowice. The Works Include:  Demolition (Disassembly) And Disposal Of Existing Play Equipment Located Within The Renovated Surface - Play Sets, Swing Swings, Scale Swings, And A Disc Carousel.  Micro-Leveling Of The Area Within The Planned Locations Of Playground Equipment And Small Architectural Structures.  Construction (Installation) Of The Designed Playground Equipment In The Indicated Places In The Land Development Project And In Accordance With The Instructions And Guidelines Of The Device Manufacturers,  Dismantling Of Existing Benches (4 Pcs.) For The Duration Of Surface Renovation And Reassembly In Existing Places.  Renovation Of The Safe Surface Consisting Of Dismantling The Existing One And Installing A New One.  Reclamation Of The Existing Lawn And Sowing Of Grass In Non-Turfed Areas Within A Radius Of 2 M From The Renovated Surface,  Cleaning The Area. General Requirements For The Construction And Installation Of Playground Equipment: A) 60-Month Warranty Period; B) Should Be Made Of Safe And Durable Materials, C) Should Be In Line With Polish Standards And Safety Conditions Specified In Particular In The Provisions On General Product Safety. D) Should Be Placed On The Playground In A Way That Allows Maintaining Safe Zones Specified In The Documentation Regarding The Creation Of The Playground.Play Equipment Intended To Be Installed On The Playground Must Be Brand New And Have Certificates Issued By An Accredited Certification Body - Accredited By The Polish Center For Accreditation. Certificates Should Be Attached To The Offer Along With Catalog Cards Of The Proposed Devices. The Contractor Performing The Works Should Have Appropriate Authorizations To Perform Them, I.E. In The Case Of Playground Equipment, The Contractor Should Have The Manufacturers Authorization To Install The Elements In Question Or Perform The Assembly Using The Manufacturers Authorized Assembly Group. The Subject Of The Order Was Specified In Detail In The Technical Documentation - Annex No. 13. Whenever The Subject Of The Order Is Described In The Order Documents, Indicating Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, The Ordering Party Allows The Use Of Solutions Equivalent To The Original Ones In The Contractors Offer. Whenever The Subject Matter Of The Contract Is Described Using Standards, Technical Approvals, Technical Specifications And Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 30 Section 1-3 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Allows The Use Of Equivalent Solutions In The Contract
