Subject Of The Order 1.1.The Subject Of The Order Is The Ongoing Maintenance And Renovation Of Street And Park Lighting In The Ełk Commune, Hereinafter Referred To As Maintenance.1.2.Maintenance Includes 5,305 Lighting Fixtures Located On Lighting Poles And 94 Lighting Cabinets And 29 Electrical Cabinets Located In The Ełk Commune According To Annex No. 5 To Swz.1.3.Maintenance Is Expected To Be Divided Into Lump Sum Works Covered By A Monthly Flat Rate And Non-Lump Sum Works, Including Tasks With A Specific Scope And Deadline, Settled After The Task Is Completed, In Accordance With The Technical Specification For The Current Maintenance And Renovation Of Street And Park Lighting In The Municipality Of Ełk - Appendix No. 4 To Swz.1.4.Works Covered By Monthly Flat-Rate Fees: 1) Maintaining Current Operational Documentation Of Maintained Devices - Books Of Lighting Devices And Municipal Infrastructure Listed In Annex No. 5.2) Conducting Ongoing Assessment Of The Technical Condition Of Poles, Luminaires, Overhead And Cable Lines, As Well As Lighting Cabinets And Municipal Infrastructure With Equipment. 3) Car And Pedestrian Inspections Of The Lighting Of All Luminaires During The Lighting Season - At Least Once A Month - Adopted 240 R-G/Year.4) Measurement Of The Effectiveness Of Anti-Shock Protection Of Lighting Cabinets And Municipal Infrastructure - 123 Pcs/Year Was Assumed. 5) Earthing Resistance Measurements Of Lighting Cabinets And Municipal Infrastructure - 123 Pieces/Year Were Assumed. 6) Measurement Of The Effectiveness Of Zeroing Of Lighting Cabinets And Municipal Infrastructure - 123 Pcs/Year Was Assumed.7) Inspection Of The Technical Condition Of Doors In Column Recesses Of Concrete And Steel Columns - Twice A Year, With Confirmation Of The Inspection By An Entry In The Lighting Equipment Book.8) Replacement Of Sodium, Mercury And Metal Halide Light Sources Or Ballasts In Existing Lighting Fixtures - Replacement Of Up To 1,000 Light Sources Was Assumed. Or Ballasts Of Various Types Per Year. The Maximum Deadline For Replacing Faulty Light Points (Light Sources, Ballasts Or Luminaires) Is Set At 3 Business Days From The Date Of Notification By Telephone, E-Mail Or In Writing.9) Costs Of Authorization To Work In The Ppn Technology By The Energy District - Adopted 30 Times A Year.10) Removal Of All Types Of Stickers (Announcements, Advertisements, Etc.) Placed On The Casings Of Lighting Cabinets And Those Supplying Municipal Infrastructure - Accepted 123 Times Per Year. 11) Handling Reports And Complaints And Preparing Daily And Monthly Reports. The Contractor Will Deliver To The Ordering Party Every Business Day By 8.00, Electronic Information About The Register Of Reported And Removed Failures For The Previous Day Or Days Off. The Contractor Will Provide A Report On The Flat-Rate Maintenance Procedures Performed In A Given Month By The 10Th Day Of The Following Month.12) 24-Hour On-Call Work In The Emergency Service System, Equipped Wi
