The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery And Assembly Of Furniture To The Ordering Partys Branches. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Set Out In Annex No. 2 To The Terms Of Reference. All Furniture Must Be Made In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Ordering Party, Adjusted To The Places Dedicated To It, And Compatible With Other Furniture. All Furniture, Construction And Technical Details Should Be Confirmed With An Authorized Representative Of The Ordering Party And Then Presented In The Form Of Dimensioned Technological And Production Drawings And 2D Designs (Top View), 3D Renderings (From 4 Perspectives) In High Resolution For Acceptance By The Ordering Party. All Furniture/Furniture Elements Are Required To Have Flame-Retardant Properties. Flammable Materials That Spread Fire Are Not Allowed. The Subject Of The Order Is Free From Physical And Legal Defects, Brand New, Not Previously Used By Third Parties, Not Previously The Subject Of Exhibitions, In Particular It Was Not Used For Demonstration Purposes And Is Of Good Quality. It Has Also Not Been Previously Reconditioned. The Subject Of The Order Is Complete, Ready For Use As Intended. Delivery And Installation Will Only Be Possible On Working Days Between 8:00 A.M. And 3:00 P.M. The Collection Date Will Be The Handing Over Of The Completely Assembled Furniture. Furniture Must Be Brought In Manually. If The Delivered Furniture Or Its Elements Or Other Parts Of The Equipment Are Damaged Or Damaged During Transport Or Assembly, They Will Be Replaced By New Ones Or Repaired By The Contractor Before The Completion Of Deliveries Is Reported For Collection. The Contractor Is Obliged To Manage All Waste Generated During The Execution Of The Order At His Own Expense. After Delivering The Subject Of The Order And Completing The Assembly Works, The Contractor Is Always Obliged To Tidy Up The Delivery And Assembly Area. Labeling Of The Delivered Materials, Instructions For Use, And Product Descriptions Must Be Prepared In Polish. The Ordering Party Requires An On-Site Visit To Three Locations For Part 1 (Technical And Administrative Department, Bemowo Branch, Mokotów Branch, Stegny District). An On-Site Visit Will Be Possible Within 5 Business Days From The Date Of Announcement Of This Public Procurement Procedure (I.E. Until September 25, 2026 Inclusive) - One Day - One Location. Those Willing To Participate Will Be Informed About The Date Of The Contractors On-Site Visit Via The Purchasing Platform. The On-Site Visit May Only Take Place In The Presence Of An Authorized Employee Of The Ordering Party.
