The Scope Of The Order Includes: Part I Of The Implementation - Construction Works And Greenery, Including: 1) Demolition And Dismantling Works, Earthworks, 2) Construction Of Various Road And Pedestrian Surfaces (Internal Access Roads, Maneuvering Areas And Parking Lots, Accesses And Sidewalks), 3) Construction Of A Playground, 4) Delivery And Installation Of Small Architecture Elements, Including Playground Equipment, Road Signs, 5) Installation Of Area Lighting, 6) Execution Rainwater Drainage Installation, 7) Securing The Existing Heating Network, 8) Creating New Greenery (Planting, Lawns, Establishing Rain Gardens) And Reclamation Of Existing Greenery. Part Ii Of The Implementation - 36-Month Maintenance Of The Greenery Constructed As Part Of Part I Of The Implementation And The Existing Greenery After Recultivation (Hereinafter Referred To As Greenery Maintenance).
