1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Renovation Of A Multi-Family Residential Building Located At Ul. Chrobrego 4 In Ścinawka Średnia.1.1. The Scope Of Work Includes The Following Tasks: 1) Construction Of New Brick Walls In Place Of Damaged Wooden Walls On The Ground Floor; 2) Reinforcement Of Foundations In The Part Of The Building Where The Walls Are Planned To Be Replaced; 3) Horizontal Insulation Of Walls Using The Injection Method; 4) Repair Of Local Scratches In Load-Bearing Walls; 5) Construction Of New Floors On The Ground Floor; 6) Renovation Of Finishing Elements On The Ground Floor; 7) Installation Of New Windows And Doors On The Ground Floor; 8) Renovation Of The Façade And Restoration Of Details Architectural;9) Façade Insulation.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Design Documentation And Bill Of Quantities - Constituting Annexes To Swz.2.1. The Contractor Should Familiarize Himself With The Entire Project And Stwiorb So That During Implementation There Are No Discrepancies Regarding The Construction Of The Facility Itself In Terms Of Quality, Quantity, Adopted Technical Solutions And The Value Of The Entire Investment Specified In The Offer. The Contractor Should Familiarize Himself With The Facility And Familiarize Himself With The Issues Of The Task Before Submitting An Offer. Any Doubts, Even If They Would Have Financial Consequences, Should Be Implemented By The Contractor At The Cost Established In The Agreement.
