The Scope Of Work Covered By The Order Under This Procedure Was Specified In The Offer Cost Estimate. In Case Of Discrepancies Between The Content Of The Technical Documentation And The Offer Cost Estimate, The Content Of The Offer Cost Estimate Should Be Taken Into Account. The Scope Of The Order Does Not Include Works Related To The Reconstruction Of An Existing Engineering Structure Into An Arch-Circular Culvert. Therefore, The Design Documentation Covers A Scope Broader Than The Scope Of The Contract That Is The Subject Of This Procedure. In The Remaining Scope, In Particular As To The Method Of Execution, Technology, Technical Parameters And Quality Requirements Of The Works Covered By The Order, The Design Documentation And Sst Remain Binding.
