Tenders Are Invited For Providing Physical Protection Services And Electronic Monitoring Services Along With Access To The Intervention Group, Divided Into 5 Parts

Part I: Physical Protection With Access To The Real Estate Intervention Group In Poznań At Ul. Kórnicka 24The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of 24-Hour Physical Security Services For Persons And Property In The Ordering Partys Facilities Located In Poznań At Ul. Kórnicka 24. The Service Will Be Provided By One Security Employee, 24 Hours A Day, 7 Days A Week, Throughout The Duration Of The Contract. The Scope Of The Order Includes, In Particular, Protection Of Facilities And Property Contained In Them Against Theft, Burglary, Devastation And Unauthorized Access By Third Parties, Access Control To Facilities, Conducting Rounds, Including Night Rounds At Least Every 3 Hours, Checking Rooms For Fire Hazards And Other Safety Threats, Keeping A Service Book And Documenting The Course Of Service And Events. The Scope Also Includes Cctv Monitoring Of The Facility And Responding To Signals From Alarm Systems. The Contractor Is Obliged To Immediately Inform The Ordering Party About Any Events Affecting The Security Of The Facility, Notify The Relevant Services In Emergency Situations, Provide An Intervention Group With An Arrival Time Of No Longer Than 7 Minutes From Notification And Prepare Documentation Of The Interventions Carried Out.
