The Subject Of The Order Is A Service As Part Of The Function Of A Substitute Investor For The Task In Question, The Required Scope Includes, Among Others, Investors Supervision Over The Investment In The Scope Of: • Exercising Investor Supervision Over Works In All Industries Under The Investor Supervision Agreement, • Agreeing With The Ordering Party On Changes To Design Solutions During The Construction Works, • Checking Compliance Of The Construction Works Performed With The Design Documentation, With The Ordering Partys Guidelines. • Controlling The Implementation Of The Investment In Accordance With The Principles Of Safety, Health And Safety And Applicable Regulations,• Carrying Out Acceptance Of Works That Disappear And Are To Be Covered,• Checking Compliance Of The Works Performed With The Employers Guidelines And Design Documentation,• Confirming The Actually Performed Works And Acceptance Of Completed Elements Of The Works,• Ensuring That The Area Is Tidied Up After The Works Performed, And Removing All Waste From The Investment Site,• Participating In The Final Acceptance Of The Completed Investment,• Carrying Out Ex-Post Audits For All Modernized Facilities.Management Investment In The Scope Of: • Assistance In Preparing The Tender Procedure For The Selection Of The General Contractor / Contractors Of Construction Works; • Coordination Of Timely Implementation In Accordance With The Material And Financial Schedule Prepared By The General Contractor, • Coordination And Organization Of Construction Meetings With The Participation Of The Ordering Party And The General Contractor, • Checking The Substantive, Formal And Accounting Aspects Of Settlements Of Works And Invoices Submitted By The Contractor, • Conducting Correspondence With The Contractor Of The Works, • Reporting On The Ongoing Investment In Accordance With The Ordering Partys Requirements, • Assistance In The Partial And Final Settlement Of The Co-Financing Agreement On The Basis Of Which The Ordering Party Is Implementing The Investment, • Monitoring And Supporting Financial Settlements Of The Investment Task Under The Received Subsidy. Mandatory):• Preparation And Delivery Of All Mandatory Information And Promotional Materials Specified In The Extract From The Provisions Of The Manual Of Applicants And Beneficiaries Of European Funds For 2021-2027 In The Field Of Information And Promotion.
