A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Provided In: A) Annex No. 8 To The Swz,2.Pursuant To Art. 95 Of The Public Procurement Law The Ordering Party Requires That The Scope Of Work Relating To: A) Activities Related To The Organization Of Waste Transport B) Services Related To Maintaining Appropriate Documentation And Supervision Over The Implementation Of The Contract - Annex No. 9 To The Swz, Be Performed By Persons Employed Under An Employment Contract Within The Meaning Of The Provisions Of Art. 22(1) Of The Act Of June 26, 1974 - Labor Code (Journal Of Laws Of 2020, Item 1320, As Amended).
