1. Part No. 1 - Training In Office 365 - Online Office Solutions.2. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order In Relation To Part No. 1 Is Attached As Annex No. 1A To Swz.3. The Ordering Party Does Not Require The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ Persons Performing Activities Related To The Execution Of The Order On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship, Because The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Does Not Involve Performing Work In The Manner Specified In Art. 22. § 1 Of The Labor Code.4. The Ordering Party Allows The Subcontractor To Participate In The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order. If The Contractor Intends To Complete The Subject Of The Order With The Participation Of Subcontractors, The Ordering Party Requests That The Contractor Indicate The Part Of The Order The Execution Of Which He Intends To Entrust To Subcontractors And Provide The Companies Of These Subcontractors, If Known (In The Content Of The Offer - Bid Form - Annex No. 1 To The Swz). If The Contractor Does Not Indicate In The Offer The Part That He Intends To Entrust To Subcontractors, The Ordering Party Will Assume That The Contractor Will Complete The Order Himself. Entrusting Part Of The Order To Subcontractors Does Not Release The Contractor From Responsibility For The Proper Performance Of The Order.5. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Performed Within A Maximum Period Of Three [3] Months From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract For Part No. 1.6. The Detailed Training Schedule Will Be Agreed And Provided In Consultation Between The Ordering Party (Training Coordinator) And The Contractor Within 14 Calendar Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract.
