The Subject Of The Order Is The Removal Of All Hazardous Waste Illegally Collected And Stored On The Property Marked In The Land Register As Plot No. 164/3, District No. 2, City Of Orneta (Hereinafter Referred To As Waste), Placed In Barrels And Tanks, And Subjecting Them To Final Disposal Processes Appropriate To The Properties Of The Waste. The Scope Of The Contract Includes All Full Barrels And Mausers On The Property, Including Barrels Defined As Empty That Contain Residues, Sediment, Leftovers Or Other Waste-Related Contaminants.2. Detailed Description, Scope And Method Of Execution Of The Order Specified In Annex No. 1 To The Swz And The Draft Agreement, Annex No. 2 To The Swz.
