Description Of The Subject Of The Order: 1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Diesel Oil For The Needs Of The Radzanowo Commune Office In An Amount Of 3,000.00 Liters, 2) The Supplies Of Diesel Oil Will Take Place In The Period From The Date Of Signing The Contract To 31/12/2026, 3) The Average Single Delivery Of Diesel Oil Will Amount To Approximately 1,500 Liters, 4) The Subject Of The Order Includes Loading, Transport To The Destination And Unloading Of Diesel Oil, 5) Supplies Will Take Place Successively (As Needed By The Ordering Party) During The Term Of The Contract To Storage Tanks Owned By The Ordering Party Located At The Following Addresses: A) One Tank: 09-451 Radzanowo, Ul. Rolna 4 (Headquarters Of The Economic Plant In Radzanów), B) One Tank: 09-451 Radzanowo, Woźniki 60C (Pszok Area).6) Deliveries Will Be Made By Road Tankers With Valid Permits For The Transport Of Liquid Fuels, In Accordance With The Regulations In Force On The Day Of Delivery. The Road Tanker Must Have A Certified Measuring Device To Measure The Amount Of Fuel Discharged Into The Tank,7) The Amount Of Diesel Oil Being The Subject Of The Order Is Only An Estimated Amount Determined For The Purposes Of This Procedure. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Order Fewer Or More Deliveries Depending On Needs. If The Ordering Party Purchases A Smaller Amount Of Fuel, The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Any Compensation Claims. 8) Fuel Collection Will Take Place Under The Supervision Of A Committee Consisting Of A Representative Of The Ordering Party And A Representative Of The Contractor (E.G. A Tanker Driver). The Commission Will Prepare An Appropriate Report And Determine The Amount Of Fuel Accepted At The Actual Temperature To Be Invoiced, Which The Contractor Will Additionally Confirm With The Wz Document,9) The Measurement Of The Delivered Fuel Will Take Place At The Actual Temperature, Based On The Readings Of The Counter (Flow Meter),10) The Contractors Obligation Will Be To Conduct Full Monitoring Of The Transaction (Date, Time, Quantity, Price Of 1 Liter Of Fuel/Value, Vehicle Registration Number.11) The Ordering Party Requires That Individual Deliveries Take Place On Business Days, On Hours 8:00 - 14:00, Within No More Than 48 Hours From The Moment The Ordering Party Places The Order. The Ordering Party Allows The Possibility Of Placing Individual Orders By E-Mail Or By Telephone To The E-Mail Address Or Telephone Number Provided By The Contractor.
