The Subject Of The Order Is: Successive Provision Of Catering Services For The Needs Of The Units Of The University Of Opole.1. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Provided In Annexes No. 1A And 1B To Swz.2. The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Implemented Successively Within Twelve [12] Months From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract, Subject To Point. 3.3. The Ordering Party Reserves That The Contract Concluded In The Proceedings In Question Will Expire: - Despite The Failure To Use The Funds Intended For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order (The Value For Which The Contract Will Be Concluded) After The Expiry Of The Contract Validity Period (Indicated In Point 2) Or - At The Moment Of Using The Funds Intended For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order (The Value For Which The Contract Will Be Concluded) Despite The Failure To Expire The Deadline Referred To In Point. 2.Or - When The Remaining Amount Of Funds Intended For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order (The Value For Which The Contract Will Be Concluded) Is Lower Than The Lowest Price Of The Product Constituting The Subject Of The Order; Despite The Failure To Expire The Deadline Referred To In Point 2.Depending On Which Event Occurs First.4. As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Successively Provide The Catering Service, Each Time After Placing An Individual Order By The Ordering Party, Within A Maximum Of Twelve [12] Calendar Days From The Date Of Placing The Order, Subject To Point. 5.5. The Deadline Indicated In Point 4 Is The Maximum Deadline For The Successive Provision Of Catering Services. In The Offer, The Contractor May Indicate A Shorter Period Of Time Needed To Prepare The Service, Which Is Specified In The Offer Evaluation Criterion - See Point 19 Swz. In The Offer, The Contractor May Indicate A Shorter Deadline For The Completion Of The Subject Of The Order, But Not Shorter Than Five [5] Calendar Days From The Date Of Placing An Individual Order By The Ordering Party.
