Mobile Battery Lighting Masts Are Used To Illuminate The Site Of Rescue Operations And The Command Center In The Event Of A Crisis, Regardless Of The Location And Weather Conditions. 2. The Lighting Mast Is Brand New, Unused, Complete, Free From Any Physical And Legal Defects, Technically Efficient And Not Encumbered With Rights In Favor Of Third Parties. The Statement Brand New Should Means The Product In Its Original Packaging. A Physical Defect Also Means Any Inconsistency With The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz) For The Years 2025-2026. The Subject Of The Order Is Covered By A Subsidy From The Voivode Of Silesia For Financing The Local Governments Own Tasks In The Field Of Civil Protection And Civil Defense Under The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Includes The Trademark, Patent Or Origin, Source Or Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor Or The Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical References Referred To In Article 101(1) And (3) Of The Act, The Ordering Party Allows The Submission Of An Equivalent Offer In Accordance With Article 101(4) Of The Act Equivalent To Those Indicated In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Provided That They Ensure Technical Parameters Not Worse Than Those Assumed In The Swz.6.In The Case Of Using Materials, Devices, Products Or Equivalent Solutions, Within The Meaning Of Art. 99 Section 5 Or Art. 101 Section 4 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Contractor Is Obliged To Indicate Them In The Offer And To Submit, Together With The Offer, Technical Sheets Or Other Documents Confirming That The Offered Offer Or Equivalent Solutions Meet The Requirements Of The Ordering Party Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order.
