The Subject Of The Order Includes Delivery Of Vegetables To The Prison In Hrubieszów. Part 1 Vegetables: Red Beetroot 7,000 Kg; Onion 5,000 Kg; Apples 1,200 Kg; White Cabbage 6,000 Kg; Carrot 11,000 Kg; A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Reduce The Quantity Of The Subject Of The Order: A) But Not More Than 30%, And The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Any Claims In This Respect, B) More Than 30% In The Event Of Failure To Deliver Within The Time Specified In The Contract. Contractors Will Deliver The Subject Of The Order At Their Own Expense, In Accordance With Sanitary Requirements And The Haccap System, In A Way That Prevents The Loss Of Taste And Nutritional Values. Deliveries Of The Articles Specified Above Will Be Made Successively From Monday To Friday To The Ordering Partys Warehouse Located In The Prison In Hrubieszów, From 8:00 A.M. To 1:00 P.M. For Part 1 - Once Every 2 Weeks. The Quantity Of Individual Deliveries Will Be Determined By The Ordering Party By Telephone Or E-Mail At Least Two Days In Advance Before The Delivery Date.
