The Subject Of The Order Is The Manufacture And Delivery Of Custom-Made Furniture And Adjustable Furniture For The Hospice, In Accordance With Annex No. 2 And Annex No. 8, Including In Particular: 1. Movable Furniture - Delivery Of Ready-Made Free-Standing Furniture Intended To Equip The Hospice Rooms, In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In The Order Documentation.2. Custom-Made Furniture - Production, Delivery And Assembly Of Individually Made Furniture, Adapted To The Layout, Functions And Purpose Of Individual Rooms Of The Hospice. The Above Furniture Will Be Made In Accordance With The Detailed Designs Submitted By The Ordering Party, With The Exception Of Items 18-22. Custom-Made Furniture Should Be Made Of 18 Mm Thick Board, While The Tops Of Desks, Tables, Chests Of Drawers And Shelves Should Be 36 Mm Thick. The Scope Also Includes The Necessary Equipment And Finishing Elements As Well As The Assembly Of Furniture At The Place Of Its Intended Use.3. Sofas And Chairs - Delivery Of Seating Furniture, Including Sofas, Chairs And Other Seats, Intended To Equip The Hospice Rooms, Meeting The Requirements Regarding Functionality, Durability, Safety And Aesthetics. The Subject Of The Order Also Includes Transport, Bringing, Setting And - In The Case Of Custom-Made Furniture - Assembly And Adjustment To The Destination, In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In The Tor, The Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Attached Documentation. The Contractor Provides At Least 36-Month Warranty On The Delivered Furniture.
