The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Services - Preparation And Serving Of Hot Meals (Dinners) To Authorized Customers Of The Center In The Contractors Catering Premises, Located In The Żoliborz District Of The Capital City Of Warsaw. Warsaw, Based On Lunch Cards. The Ordering Party Determines The Size Of The Subject Of The Order During The Duration Of The Contract For 43,200 Hot Meals (I.E. 3,600 Lunches Per Month) For Approximately 200 People Per Day. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 4 To The Swz. The Order Must Be Implemented In Accordance With The Act Of August 25, 2006 On Food And Nutrition Safety (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws 2023, Item 1448, As Amended). The Number Of Hot Meals (Dinners) Will Change Depending On The Current Needs Of People Eligible For This Type Of Social Assistance. It Is Expected That The Order Will Be Completed At A Level Of Not Less Than 50% Of The Total Value Of The Order (Number Of Meals). The Contractor Is Obliged To Cooperate With The Ordering Party At Every Stage Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Supplemented By The Conditions For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Included In The Contract Template, Constituting Annex No. 5 To The Swz.
