Tenders Are Invited For Delivery Of A Brand New Bus Vehicle With A Hybrid Hev Or Phev Drive For The Łódź Provincial Office In Łódź

1. The Subject Of This Order Is The Delivery Of One Bus Type Vehicle, Brand New, Manufactured In 2026, Meeting The Requirements Of Polish Standards Or Equivalent Standards, Free From Physical And Legal Defects And Claims Of Third Parties, With Approval Enabling The Vehicle To Be Admitted To Traffic In The Territory Of The Republic Of Poland.2.The Vehicle Is To Be A Passenger Bus With A Hybrid Hev Or Phev Drive, In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Called Opz, Constituting Annex No. 1 To Swz. The Mhev Drive Does Not Meet The Hev Or Phev Requirement. The Number Of Seats Includes The Drivers Seat.3.The Order Includes A Complete Vehicle With The Equipment Required In The Opz And Additional Equipment Declared In Section 2 Of The Offer Form, Constituting Annex No. 2 To Swz.4.The Conditions And Method Of Execution Of The Order Were Also Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex No. 6 To Swz.5.The Purchase Is Co-Financed By The Voivodeship Fund For Environmental Protection And Water Management In Łódź Under Contract No. 220/Oa/J/2026 Of July 14, 2026 For The Transfer Of Funds To A State Budgetary Entity For The Purchase Of A Hybrid Car For The Needs Of Łuw In Łódź.6.Together With The Vehicle, The Contractor Will Provide The Documents Required For Its Registration, Including An Approval Certificate Or Another Document Provided For By Law Confirming The Admission Of The Delivered Vehicle To Traffic In The Territory Of The Republic Of Poland, Documents Necessary For Registration, Warranty Documentation, An Operating Manual In Polish And A Set Of Keys In The Number Provided By The Manufacturer.7.In A Situation Where The Ordering Party Has Described The Subject Of The Order In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order By Indicating Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Source Or Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor, It Should Be Understood That The Use Of Equivalent Solutions Is Allowed. The Use Of Exemplary Manufacturers Names Is Only Intended To Clarify The Level Of Expectations Of The Ordering Party In Relation To A Specific Solution. Therefore, The Use Of Manufacturer Or Product Names Is For Example Purposes Only. When Describing The Subject Of The Order, The Ordering Party, Indicating The Designation Of A Specific Manufacturer (Supplier) Or A Specific Product, Also Allows Equivalent Products With Quality Parameters And Functional Features, At Least At The Level Of The Parameters Of The Indicated Product, Thus Accepting Every Product With The Indicated Parameters Or Better. 8. In Each Case When The Ordering Party Describes The Subject Of The Order By Reference To Standards, European Technical Assessments, Approvals, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems, It Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described.
