The Subject Of The Order Entitled: Purchase Of Monthly Tickets, Taking Into Account The Rights To Reduced Travel Specified In Separate Regulations For Students Commuting To Schools In The Kąkolewnica Commune Is The Purchase Of Monthly Tickets Enabling Students To Travel By Public Transport To Kindergartens And Schools, As Well As Two Departures From Kindergartens And Schools In The Kąkolewnica Commune In Order To Fulfill The Obligation Specified In Art. 32 Section 5 Of The Act Of 14 December 2016 Education Law.2.Transport Must Take Place As Part Of Regular Passenger Transport In National Road Transport In Accordance With The Road Transport Act (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 1490, As Amended). Students With Monthly School Tickets Have Priority. Other People May Use The Buses On A Commercial Basis As Long As The Buses Have Free Seats.3.Transport Will Be Provided To Students And Children Attending The Following Institutions: 1) Primary School. Saint Stanisław Kostka In Kąkolewnica, Ul. Szkolna 4, 21-302 Kąkolewnica;2) Public Kindergarten In Kąkolewnica, Ul. Szkolna 2A, 21-302 Kąkolewnica;3) Educational Complex In Polskowola (Primary School And Kindergarten), Polskowola 131, 21-302 Kąkolewnica;4) Primary School In Żakowola Poprzeczna, Żakowola Poprzeczna 43, 21-302 Kąkolewnica.4.The Estimated Number Of Students Covered By Transport From Individual Towns In The 2026/2027 School Year Is 162, Including 5 Children Not Covered By Compulsory Schooling (Preschoolers Aged 3 To 5) And Is Valid As Of The Date Of The Public Procurement Announcement And May Change During The School Year.5.The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex 1 To The Contract.6.Bus Timetables (Arrival And Departure Times) Will Take Into Account In Detail The Organization Of Work Of Each School Based On Information Provided To The Contractor By School Principals. The Timetable Must Ensure That Students Are Transported To Schools No Later Than 7:50 A.M. On All Working Days When Classes Are Held. The Contractor Is Obliged To Adapt Timetables To Changes In The Organization Of School Work (E.G. Retreats, Exams, Early End Of Classes) Presented By Principals During The Term Of The Contract, At Least 7 Days In Advance.7.The Number Of Monthly Tickets Purchased Will Be Determined On The Basis Of Name Lists Of Students And Guardians Submitted To The Contractor By The Principals Of Individual Schools By The 20Th Day Of The Month Preceding The Month In Which The Transport Will Be Carried Out. The Exception Is The Month Of October, For Which Name Lists Of Students And Guardians Will Be Provided To The Contractor By The First Business Day Of October.8.The Ordering Party Will Provide Care For Transported Students Through The Constant Presence Of Guardians On Individual Routes During Transport.
