The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Delivery Of Crushed Aggregate With Continuous Grain Size 0/31.5 Mm, C50/30 Intended For Road Purposes In The Amount Of 3,000 Tons To A Town In The Commune Of Somonino, Together With Its Transport And Unloading To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party In The Commune Of Somonino. The Order Quantity Is The Average Estimated Demand In The Period Until March 31, 2027. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Increase Or Reduce The Amount Of Aggregate (Subject Of The Order) Depending On Needs. The Amount Of Aggregate May Be Increased By A Maximum Of 30%, But If The Amount Of Aggregate Is Reduced, The Contractor Will Not Be Entitled To Any Compensation Or Other Claims Against The Ordering Party, And The Unit Price Will Remain Unchanged Throughout The Duration Of The Contract. Providing The Sample, Transport, Carrying Out The Test And Delivering The Results To The Ordering Party).
