The Federal Government of Nigeria (FGN) has secured a facility from the African Development Bank (the Bank) to implement a five-year Special Agro-Industrial Processing Zones (SAPZ) Program in partnership with the State Governments and Private Investors in five (5) participating states of Kaduna, Oyo, Ogun, Cross River and Imo States in the first phase and intends to apply part of the agreed amount to finance payments under the contract for the engagement of a Consulting Firm for the Implementation of The Production and Broadcast of a Video Documentary and Radio Jingles in Oyo State. 2. The overall objective of the assignment is to develop high-quality audio-visual knowledge and communication products that document and promote the Oyo SAPZ Program. The Consulting Firm will work with Project Implementation Unit (PIU) and other stakeholders. Please refer to the Terms of Reference (TOR) for additional information on this Consultancy assignment. 3.
