The Existing Surrounding Development Is Mainly Used Commercially, For Light Manufacturing And Dpmb Transport Facilities (Office Buildings, Rolling Stock).The Existing Building Is A One-Story Hall With A Flat Roof, Located At The Northeastern Border Of The Area.
