Tenders Are Invited For Selection Of The Operator Of The Water Management Infrastructure Of The Municipality Of Dětmarovice

The Subject Of The Contract Is The Conclusion Of A Contract For The Operation Of Sewers And Sewage Treatment Plants For Public Use Owned By The Municipality Of Dětmarovice (Hereinafter Referred To As Concession Contracts Or Operating Contracts), I.E. Contracts For Operation In The Sense Of § 8, Paragraph 2 Of Act No. 274/2001 Coll., On Water Supply And Sewerage For Public Use And On The Amendment Of Certain Laws (Water Supply And Sewerage Act), As Amended (Hereinafter Only Zovak) With The Right To Select A Sewer Belonging To The Concessionaire In The Sense Of Section 8, Paragraphs 13 And 14 Of The Zovak, The Subject Of Which Will Be The Lease Of Sewers Owned By The Municipality Of Dětmarovice To The Concessionaire And The Concessionaires Obligation To Ensure The Proper Operation Of This Property In Accordance With The Relevant Provisions Of The Zovak.
