Work Detail
It Services: Consulting, Software Development, Internet And Support – Provision, Customizing, Operation And Further Development Of A Nationwide Tourism Data Management System. The Following Needs And Requirements (Goals) Are Associated With The Procurement: Against The Background Of New Strategic And Legal Foundations (Brandenburg Tourism Strategy (2023), Tmb Corporate Concept (2025), Eu Artificial Intelligence Act Or The Regulation On Artificial Intelligence, Etc.) On The One Hand, And The Fundamental Developments In The Area Of Digitalization (Especially Ai) On The Other Hand, The Tmb Would Like To Procure A New, Uniform Data Management As The Basis For The Work In The Brandenburg Content Network. Im Kern Soll Ein Datenmanagementsystem Für Alle Arten Bzw. Typen Von Daten Und Contents (B2c Und B2b) Mit Folgenden Bestandteilen Zur Verfügung Gestellt Werden: - Eingabemanagement/ Pflege-Schicht - Ki- Und Service-Schicht - Ausgabemanagement/ Ausspielungs-Schicht Die Angestrebte Zielarchitektur Basiert Auf Am Markt Etablierten, Wartbaren Und Personell Beherrschbaren Technologien Sowie Offenen Standards. To Ensure Digital Sovereignty, We Deliberately Avoid Proprietary Special Developments And Instead Rely On Modular, Future-Proof Software Structures. A Consistent Api-First Approach Should Also Ensure That Individual Functional Modules Can Be Exchanged, Expanded And Seamlessly Connected To Any Third-Party Systems At Any Time, Regardless Of The Manufacturer. The Current Separation Of Pois And Tours (Damas), Events (Tdh) And Media (Media Archive) Is To Be Consolidated In A Data Management System. This Also Applies To The Content Of The B2b Portal And The Portals Of The B2c Website Framework. This Is Intended To Promote The Implementation Of A Headless Cms Approach That Aims To Completely Separate Content And Design. In Its Current Form, Data Management Is - For Historical Reasons - Structured Centrally. The Tmb Is Responsible For Controlling And Coordinating The System. For Example, All Clients Are Created By The Tmb (Including User Management, Rights Control, Contract Management, Etc.). A Less Hierarchical And Flexible System Should Be Used In The Future System. The Countrys Eleven Travel Regions Are Taking On A More Central Role Than Before. They Should Be Given Their Own Instances Of The State System, For Example In Order To Independently Control The Regional Editors. The Regional Instances Are Technically Completely Independent Systems. It Is Therefore Not A Classic Central Client System With Only Logically Separate Views Of A Nationwide Database. Rather, Each Instance Has Its Own Data Storage Or Database With Its Own Client Structure. The Data Exchange Should Take Place Via Defined Synchronization Mechanisms Between The Independent Instances. Database Architecture - The Central Data Input For The Tmb And The Brandenburg Content Network Is Distributed, As Shown Above, Across The Poi Database Damas, The Events Database (Tdh) And The Mediena
