The Subject Of The Contract Is The Preparation Of Construction Documentation In Accordance With § 8 Of Act No. 25/2025 Coll. Of The Construction Act And On The Amendment Of Certain Laws, Provision Of Engineering Activities Related To The Permitting Process For The Purpose Of Obtaining A Building Plan And Approval Certificate, Including Provision Of The Environmental Impact Assessment Process In Accordance With Act No. 24/2006 Coll. On Environmental Impact Assessment And Amendments To Certain Laws (Eia), Provision Of Changes To Affected Spatial Plans And Construction Of A New Substation Est 110Kv/22Kv In The Strategic Territory Of Valalika. The Contractor Is Obliged To Build The Entire Work, Including Cable Routes, Delivery And Installation Of Technology. The Work Also Includes Tests And All Work Related To Putting The Work Into Operation. The Work Will Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Technical Standards Of Vsd (Vychodoslovenská Distribučná, A.S.), Valid Technical Standards And Regulations.
