This Particular Technical Prescription Document (Pptp) Defines The Minimum Technical Conditions For The Execution Of The Service, The Type Of Vehicles, The Modalities Of Provision, The Security, Accessibility, Coordination, Request, Control And Billing Requirements, As Well As The Maximum Unit Prices For Bidding. 2.- Object Of The Contract The Object Of The Contract Is The Provision, At The Request Of The San Bartolomé City Council, Of Discretionary Land Transportation Services For Travelers Using Vehicles With Drivers, Intended Mainly For Students, Participants In Municipal Activities, Social Groups And People Attending Events Organized, Promoted Or Supported By The City Council.
