Tenders Are Invited For Plasma Observatory (M7) System Study Phase B1 Re-Issue

Tenders are invited for Plasma Observatory (m7) System Study Phase B1 Re-Issue Plasma Observatory aims to study the fundamental processes responsible for plasma energisation and energy transport around shocks and near-Earth space. The mission is comprised of 7 identical sister spinning spacecraft, launched by Ariane 64 and operated on a high-elliptic orbit.The Phase B1 System Study has the following objectives:- Complete outstanding trade-offs- Consolidate requirements and interfaces- Issue of Requests for Information (RFIs) for platform subsystems and/or equipment- Refine the development risk assessment (major risks and mitigation)- Consolidate the development and verification plan, including baseline master schedule- Refine the estimate of the industrial costs- Conduct a dialogue phase with ESA to consolidate implementation requirements (in preparation of Phase B2/C/D/E1 Invitation to Tender)- Support the Mission Adoption Review (MAR) Tender Link : https://esastar-publication-ext.sso.esa.int/ESATenderActions/filter/open
