Tenders Are Invited For Supply & Distribution Of Dap Fertilizer For Wheat And Rice

Tenders are invited for Framework Agreement for Supply & Distribution of Dap Fertilizer for Wheat (400,000 Bags) and Rice (50,000 Bags) along with Establishment of Distribution Channel A pre-bid meeting has taken place on 3 September 2026 at 1100 hours (Pakistan Standard Time) at the address mentioned in para 10. The Executing Agency is undertaking the Primary Procurement with a view to concluding Framework Agreements. The Executing Agency is the sole Purchaser under the Framework Agreement[s]. The Executing Agency now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for Supply and distribution of DAP Fertilizer for Wheat (400,000 bags) and Rice (50,000 bags) along with Establishment of Distribution Channel. The bidders will be expected to have a wide distribution network in KP province and agree to on board the network with the Branchless Banking Operator (BBO) and the Technology Partner of the Government of KP. The bidder will sell the fertilizer to farmers availing the subsidy scheme following the prescribed mechanism laid out by Agriculture Department, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
