Tenders are invited for Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of ICT Equipment for Regional and District Medical Institutions The scope of supply encompasses: Item 1: All-in-one Personal Computers (AIO PCs) 6,138 sets, each comprising (i) an all-inone PC with a minimum 23.8 Full HD IPS display, (ii) a full-size wired keyboard supporting Uzbek and English language input and an optical wired mouse, and (iii) pre-installed licensed software, including the operating system, an office productivity suite and antivirus protection, for use with the national medical information systems (MIS). Item 2: Tablet PCs 1,499 units, comprising (i) ruggedised tablets rated to IP68 with 4G LTE cellular connectivity and enterprise mobility management (MDM/EMM) support, and (ii) a protective case with built-in keyboard for each device. The contract further covers the following related services: Delivery of the equipment to the designated medical facilities; Unpacking and inspection of the equipment at each facility; Installation and commissioning of the equipment, including power connections and setup; Connection of the AIO PCs to the internet, including any network cabling, switches and routers required; Installation and configuration of software, comprising the operating system, productivity software and antivirus; Network configuration and testing to ensure connectivity and functionality; and Post-installation support and warranty services covering hardware, software and network issues for a period of 24 months from acceptance of the Goods. The latest delivery date at the named place of destination is 120 days following the date of signature of the Contract. Manufacturers authorisation is required for all items, and after-sales service in Uzbekistan is required.
